At Amal I learned how to become a life-long learner along with being an agent of positivity. It was a life-changing experience for me, as I learnt how to adopt a growth mindset.

I learned that our lives only stop when we stop, and in order to deal with situations such as with Covid-19, one needs to learn how to be adaptable.

At Amal, I discovered the true meaning of lifelong learning. I learned how to be a leader without authority, be proficient in a team, grow myself by grasping my weaknesses, and think out of the box.

This journey is one of the best experiences I ever had, for which I will always be grateful.

Amal helped me learn skills and techniques that are not taught in our universities and schools such as leadership and teamwork. We were also taught how to tackle difficult questions and situations during a job interview.

Our online sessions were filled with engaging activities and group discussions. The Fellowship has changed the way I look at my career - now I see adversities as opportunities!

An important thing I learned here is self-determination, making me confident enough to determine my own needs and lead my life on my own.
